With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the retail automotive sector, I’ve tackled various positions within dealerships including selling cars, building and running top performing and award-winning Internet Sales Departments, going from the "box" to the desk and tackling the service side. For the past eight years, I have served as an independent consultant within the automotive realm. My achievements have earned me opportunities to collaborate with top dealerships, OEMs and other automotive vendors and technology colleagues and companies while also earning their endorsements. I understand the importance of tailored solutions over cookie-cutter approaches. Beyond my automotive endeavors, I am deeply committed to fostering hospitality as an Airbnb SuperHost, cultivating memorable experiences for guests in my beautiful home state of West Virginia and spending time with my husband, two adult sons and 5 dogs.

Courtney has been in the Automotive industry since 2013. She started at Street Toyota as an assistant to the fleet manager and worked her way up to the Internet Sales Manager. She recently left the dealership and currently consults and helps dealerships improve their presence and customer engagement. She is married to Brad Paschal who also works in the automotive industry. She is incredibly involved in the Amarillo community where she serves as a staff member at No Boundaries International. She received top 2021 Top 40 under 40 Citizens on the move and 2022 Top 20 under 40 professionals in Amarillo. She is a 2023 40 under 40 honoree in Automotive News.
